Everything You'll Need Before Getting Started

Preparing balanced raw meals at home is easy with the right tools and ingredients, through much trial and error I have found the perfect formula.

Equipment

  1. Food scale (essential for accurate measurements)
  2. Measuring spoons
  3. Large stainless steel spoon
  4. Two stainless steel mixing bowls (one large 5L bowl and one medium 3L bowl
  5. Chopping board and knife (if you will not be mincing everything)
  6. Meat grinder (min. 3000 watt) or immersion blender
  7. Food-grade freezer bags or storage containers

If you plan to grind the meat and/or raw bones, use a meat grinder.

Ingredients

Fresh Organs

  1. Chicken hearts
  2. Chicken liver

Fresh Muscle Meat (choose one)

  1. Chicken
  2. Beef
  3. Goat
  4. Lamb
  5. Quail
  6. Duck
  7. Pigeon

Supplements

  1. Taurine
  2. Omega-3
  3. Vitamin B-Complex
  4. L-Lysine
  5. Vitamin E oil
  6. Low-sodium salt
  7. Calcium supplement or eggshell powder (if not using bones)

Additional Ingredients

  1. Egg yolks (Only use fresh eggs, best is closest to production date. Eggs should not be more than one week old.)
  2. Filtered water
